This band played with George Clinton for a few stops on the P-Funk tour. If you have not seen or heard this band… you need to. All the members are world class studio musicians. They are a mix of funk with jazz overtones. Highly recommend checking em’ out.
Aliens invade LA last night

Last night I had the opportunity to document George Clinton and the P-Funk show. It is no joke when they say ‘the mothership has landed’ It is truly bananas! I have seen and experience a lot of shows, but this one by far had the most random things happing both on stage and back stage. Photo’s unfortunately can’t tell the whole story…
I wish I could post all the photo’s taken.
But, the highlight of the night is when Sly, from Sly and the family stone, made an appearance with P-Funk. From what I was told it is extemely rare, and it was probably the longest he has been on stage in years.
